Room Hire

Lounge:

  • Measuring approx 8m x 5 m this area adjoins the smaller lounge area. A selection of chairs and tables can be provided to suit specific requirments. The lounge opens onto the adjoining south-facing patio area, complete with a selection of patio furniture.

Meeting Room:

  • Located on the first floor this room measures approx 5m x 5m. It can accommodate between 8-10 individuals in a traditional formal layout or between 16-18 on a more informal basis. Use of the wall-mounted whiteboard is available free of charge. Other training equipment including OHP/screen, TV/Video, Flipchart and CD player can be made available at reasonable cost.

Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Suite:

  • This purpose designed facility houses 12 networked computers, printer, scanner, digital projector and digital camera. As part of the UK online initiative its function is to give the opportunity to engage with those individuals having little or no relevant IT experience, as well as extending the skills of the more experienced users.

Activity Room:

  • With integral sink and built in stereo; a great space for arts and crafts, or activity classes also useful for larger meeting of up to 25 people around tables. Has built in screen and white board. (first floor)

Other Facilities & Services

Community Garden:

  • This low-maintenance south-facing garden area is accessible from the patio area. It has been carefully landscaped to incorporate a wild-flower area for use by local schoolchildren.

Lift:

  • Enabling easy access to the first floor facilities.

Kitchen:

  • The fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, hot water boiler and also houses the self-service hot drinks machine.

Disabled Toilet:

  • This ground floor facility also houses a baby-changing unit.
